Account Creation
Before placing an order, all customers are required to provide their Employer Identification Number (E.I.N.) and business address to verify business validity and standing. Flora Vida Flower Farm reserves the right to refuse account creation if your business criteria do not meet our requirements.
Payment for Online Orders
All online sales can be conveniently made by credit card or wire transfer. Flora Vida Flower Farm accepts payment using the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Acceptance of orders is subject to credit card and business verification procedures. To place an order, all customers must provide Their E.I.N., Business name, and postal code for Flora Vida Flower Farm to Verify their account and whether or not their business falls within our criteria for validation. We reserve the right to cancel an order and refuse service if it does not meet our credit card and business verification standards.
Once an order has been submitted, Flora Vida Flower Farm cannot make changes, modify, combine an order, or change a payment method. If you have forgotten something in your cart, you must place an additional order.
International Orders
At this time, Flora Vida Flower Farm cannot process and ship orders internationally due to logistical constraints and the need to ensure the freshness and quality of our products.
Refund policy
Select purchases made through www.floravidaflowers.com are eligible for a refund. In the unfortunate event of crop failure, down payments will be promptly refunded to the account and financial institution of origin. On request in place of a refund, Flora Vida Flower Farm offers the option of credit. At the end of the next growing cycle, you will receive compensation in the form of flowers equal to but more than the accredited value.
Fresh Flowers
If your flowers arrive damaged, you must provide photos of the flowers within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can properly assess their condition. Please provide a photo, your order number, and a description of the discrepancy to our customer support. Fresh flower orders canceled within 48 hours of delivery may be eligible for a partial refund if they have not already been designed. 'Designing' refers to the process of arranging the flowers into a bouquet or other decorative form. All orders that have been designed and assembled are nonrefundable, as the blooms can no longer be repurposed. To cancel your order, please contact customer support.
Poisonous Flowers
Flora Vida Flower Farm may sell poisonous flowers that could be harmful to humans and pets. Flora Vida Flower Farm will not be responsible for any injury or poisoning caused by mishandling of these flowers. Since many flowers can be toxic, it is the responsibility of the florists to inform their customers that poisonous flowers should not be ingested or mishandled. Flora Vida Flower Farm will not be held liable for any damages resulting from the failure of florists to inform their customers about the potential hazards of these products.
Delivery
We take great care in delivering to select postal codes in the Houston, Austin, and Brazos Valley Areas. Our company's delivery service ensures our deliveries are made by the end of the day on the delivery date selected at checkout. The order will be delivered as you designated. Please note that neither Flora Vida Flower Farm nor its delivery service is responsible for missing or damaged items once the delivery is completed.

- What is the turnaround time from cropping to delivery? - growing times are entirely dependent on the variety and species of flowers and can range anywhere from ninety days to up to three years. As such, planning and collaboration are essential to successful partnerships between growers and florists.
- Is there a credit policy for substandard products? - Any down payments made will be promptly refunded in the event of crop failure. Flora Vida Flower Farm takes full responsibility for any damage incurred by the product under our care. However, please note that Flora Vida Flower Farm is not liable for damages that occur after delivery. For more detailed information, please refer to our comprehensive terms of service.
- What is the extended life cycle of your flowers? How do you ensure their freshness? is this guaranteed? - The extended life cycle of our flowers is a complex matter. As we are still in the experimental phase, we are waiting to see and document quantitative results regarding vase life extension. However, due to the enhanced cellular integrity that our methods bring, some extension in vase life can be expected. The extent of this extension is still to be documented. As for refrigeration, we will have on-site coolers to ensure the freshness of our blooms.
- How is your price point compared to other local/international wholesalers? - Flora Vida Flower Farm offers competitive pricing in the floral industry by using regenerative practices to cut inputs. Our prices are set slightly higher than the market average; however, we price according to the value. When purchasing from Flora Vida Flower Farm, you are not just paying for flowers but a floral experience with outstanding service. As such, our prices are slightly higher than average. However, our quality control and service offer a competitive value rarely seen in today's floriculture industry
