Responsibilities

  • Assist in greenhouse management, including plant care and environmental control.
  • Participate in cover cropping and soil health improvement initiatives.
  • Perform manual labor, including planting, weeding, harvesting, and field maintenance.

Must Have

  • Willingness to work outdoors and contribute to manual labor tasks.
  • Completion of coursework in Biology and Chemistry.

Nice To Have

  • Background knowledge or experience in farming or related fields.
  • Involvement in FFA (Future Farmers of America) or similar organizations.
  • Strong interest in biology, chemistry, agriculture, or engineering.
  • Completion of relevant coursework, such as AP Biology, AP Chemistry, and/or Calculus.
